Depalletisation plant NMD

Used for depalletisation of crates, cans, bottles and KEG barrels.

Machines of the NMD series are semi-automatic or fully automatic and are produced in standard stainless steel design with KOMAXIT finish in combination with plastic and stainless steel parts. To the palletisation system are integrated reliable single-axis and double-axis modules of own production.

Types of depalletisation:

• depalletisation of new bottles: semi-automatic, automatic
• depalletisation of crates: automatic
• depalletisation of KEG barrels: automatic

Description of the functions of depalletisation of new bottles:

• The operator leads the pallet with the bottles onto the roller conveyor, or directly under the central frame of depalletisation
• The operator removes the fixation foil and starts up the depalleting cycle on the control panel
• The folding frame automatically moves up above the pallet at the level of the last layer
• The positioning frame grips the layer of bottles and transfers it to the inter-plate
• The positioning frame releases, the inter-plate moves away from the pallet and moves up to the level of the sort table
• The folding frame moves the layer of bottles including the tray from the inter-plate to the sorting table
• The operator manually removes the cardboard tray from the layer of bottles (semi-automatic)
• The tray handler removes the cardboard tray from the layer of bottles (automatic)
• After depalleting all layers of bottles, the operator removes the empty pallet (semi-automatic)
