NATE - nápojová technika a. s., was established in the year 1992 during the privatisation of Chotěbořské strojírny. With fifty-year tradition in its line of business, NATE - nápojová technika a. s. continues in supplying bottling plants which have worked in many countries of Europe, Asia and Africa..
The company's production program includes complete bottle washing and filling lines for breweries, soft drinks plants, mineral water plants, liquor plants, wineries, dairies, manufacturers of edible oils etc. Depending on the customers' requirements, the company can offer bottling line projects, special constructions, production, assembly, complete commercial and after-sale services, spare parts delivery, service and preventive inspections of machines.
The company has a quality background of its own development with modern and sophisticated controlled production operations. The ISO 9001 certification guarantees the flawless and smooth running of processes. Good technical equipment, established system of work and experienced personnel guarantee perfect quality of the machines and prompt service, which is the main prerequisite of smooth operation of the lines. The company designs and supplies complete plants per order.
 Based on experience of our workers and by using the possibilities of our firmware we can suggest alternative solutions for effective and practical set-up of the line according to the customer’s requirements.
The bottling plants are delivered in the capacity ranges from 500 to 60.000 bottles per hour. These bottling plants are designed to filling a large assortment of carbonated and non- carbonated beverages and other fluids into various sort of container (glass and PET bottles, cans). They may be capped with various caps (crown caps, screw caps, cork caps etc). The bottling lines may be supplied with various control and monitoring systems. All machinery with minimum power consumption is designed with respect to environmental and labour safety standards to ensure the high quality, purity and shelf life of bottled fluids.
The target of our company is a satisfied customer. Therefore, our machines are manufactured on the basis of customers' investment. During the first contacts, type projects are presented to customers but all machinery is manufactured according to the customers' needs and wishes. The main object of our business is the sales, development, design and production of packaging machines, inserters and unloaders of bottles and palletisation and depalletisation of all kinds. For achieving the development of these products we have a quality group of engineers, led by Ing. Pokorný, who is the godfather of a wide range of products equipment. The most famous of these, which I would like to mention as an example, is a series of inserters and unloaders of the Mechanik type; to date they have sold very well in the worldwide market.
The head office for sales and of the technical staff of our company can be found in the main administrative building of NATE; production is carried out in the assembly workshop in Chotěboř in the Czech Republic.
