Moving tin and glass lines from BranÃk to SmÃchov
Staropramen Breweries are one of the most significant Czech exporters of beer and the company’s flagship – the Staropramen brand – is presently exported into more than 30 countries around the world. The company is a member of the InBev brewery group – the largest brewery association in the world. It was established in August 2004 by merging the Belgian company Interbrew together with the Brazilian company AmBev.
In 2006, BranÃk brewery achieved its maximum capacity and in January 2007 the last batch of beer was brewed in BranÃk. On 1st February, the brewery’s operations were shut down and NATE assemblers entered the brewery with the objective to disassemble the beer bottling and tinning technology and reassembling it in SmÃchov.
